using PayPal or a credit card, please click on
the 'Make a payment' button to the left. All
major credit cards are accepted, and you do not
have to sign up for PayPal.
To pay for our services via mail, please mail a check to the address on the left.
Please note that any checks with insufficient funds will result in an extra charge of $40.00.
